Our Story

A little place with a big heart — and even bigger tacos.

El Rigobertos started as a weekend project in a home kitchen, driven by one belief: tacos should taste like someone actually cares about them. Every tortilla is rolled by hand. Every salsa is made from scratch. Every ingredient is chosen the way you'd choose for your own family.

Today we're on Bonnie View Drive, and we still make every taco the same way — slowly, carefully, and with a genuine welcome at the register. That's not a slogan. That's just how we do it.
